See you Tuesday / Saturday this week!

Hello PreK/K Rec Parents--

Thanks for registering your player for Fall Rec!  We're looking forward to seeing you and your player at the fields this week.

Location:  Tuesday sessions will be held at Lubas Field; Saturdays at  Mill Pond Soccer Complex, on Field #3 (at the far end of the main parking lot). 

Times/ Dates: 

Tuesday Pre-K Age 3-4:  5:00 - 6:00 at Lubas Field, 9/12 through 11/14 (note NO SESSION 10/31 for Halloween)

Tuesday K / Age 5:  6:00 - 7:00 at Lubas Field, 9/12 through 11/14 (note NO SESSION 10/31 for Halloween)

Saturday Pre-K Age 3-4: 9:00 - 10:00 at Mill Pond, 9/16 through 11/18 (note NO SESSION 11/11 for Teacher's Convention weekend)

Saturday K / Age 5:  10:00 - 11:00 at Mill Pond, 9/16 through 11/18 (note NO SESSION 11/11 for Teacher's Convention weekend)

Check-In:  For the first session, please arrive 10-15 minutes early, and check in at the table. We will have a uniform t-shirt for you.  Until you receive it, any shirt will do.  For the rest of the sessions there is no need to check in, but please do try to arrive a few minutes early, so players can say hi to their friends and are ready to start at the session time.

What to Bring:  Players should bring a water bottle and wear T-shirt or uniform shirt, and shorts (long sleeves and sweats when the weather is cool).  Players may wear regular sneakers, or cleats/shin guards/soccer socks.  Please, no jewelry, for safety reasons.

Lubas Parking:  We use Lubas on Tuesdays because it has lights. The downside is that parking is very tight.  Please park carefully -- please don't leave a big space next to you, and please pull all the way up.

Weather:  If we need to cancel a session due to weather, we'll notify you by email, text and on the web site by 3pm weekdays or 8am Saturday. 

Enabling Text Notifications:  You will receive an email next week with instructions on how to set up text notifications. To receive texts, you must follow the steps in that email... this is to prevent us from text-spamming you.

Missed Sessions:  There is no need to notify anyone if you will miss a session.  We do not offer makeup sessions... we set our nonprofit fees with an assumption that some sessions will be missed or cancelled due to weather.  Please do not come to the Saturday session if you are registered for Tuesday, and vice versa, as we schedule our coaches for only the expected number of players.
